We tested both rubber and EVA foam options with thicknesses \u2156 of an inch and up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"materials\">Materials<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In testing, we found that rubber mats were a denser option for training, making them a solid pick for weight training or housing fitness equipment.
